Roscoe is a remarkably radiant young boy debuting for adoption today at Nevada SPCA.
He is a small German Shepherd mix, 3 years of age, neutered, and compatible with dogs of all sizes, cats, and older kids. He reportedly knows how to use a doggie door and enjoys chewing on old shoes.
He is jumpy with strangers, but warm-hearted with those he knows and trusts.
Roscoe needed us when his previous owner passed away and he had nowhere to go.
